When will my pre-order ship, and can I cancel?
We ship pre-orders in monthly batches, and email you as soon as yours is on its way. To cancel before then, message us with your order number and we refund it in full, shipping included.
How soon should I drink it once it’s open?
Soon. Once the cap turns, the hydrogen begins to leave the water, so it is best finished soon after opening.
How should I store it?
Keep the carton upright, somewhere cool and out of direct sun. Enjoy the pouches within 12 months of the date printed on them.
What if a pouch arrives damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo. We will replace what arrived damaged or refund it, whichever you prefer.
